Welcome to the To Be Discovered Treasure Hunt (“the Hunt”) hosted by Moore Foundry (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering as a Hunter and participating in the Hunt, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “Hunter”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility and Registration

• Participation requires registration and payment of the applicable fee ($5 or $10), which grants a valid Hunter ID.

• Participants may enter as individuals or teams. Each individual or team must register separately and receive one Hunter ID per individual or team.

• Participants must be aged 13 or older. Minors require parental or guardian consent.

• Hunter IDs are non-transferable between individuals or teams.

2. Hunt Details

• The Hunt officially begins on September 1st and ends once the bounty is claimed or as otherwise announced.

• The bounty is hidden in the form of a plaque with a QR code hidden somewhere in South Australia.

• The starting bounty value is $1000, which may increase as the Hunt progresses.

3. Claiming the Bounty

• Only Hunters with a valid Hunter ID can scan the QR code and claim the bounty.

• The bounty will be awarded to the first Hunter (individual or team) who scans the plaque’s QR code and completes the claim process as instructed.

• Hunters may be required to verify identity and provide their Hunter ID to finalize the claim.

4. Code of Conduct and Fair Play

• All Hunters agree to compete fairly and refrain from cheating, disrupting, or sabotaging the Hunt.

• Sharing clues, maps, or any Hunt-related information publicly (including social media, forums, or websites) is strictly prohibited.

• Any violation may result in immediate disqualification, revocation of Hunter ID, and forfeiture of any registration fees, without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

• All Hunt materials, including clues, maps, and related content, are owned by Moore Foundry and protected by intellectual property laws.

• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of Hunt materials is prohibited.

6. Privacy

• We collect personal information solely to administer the Hunt.

• Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to verify claims or comply with legal obligations.

7. Liability

• Participation is at your own risk. Moore Foundry is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the Hunt.

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Hunt at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Refunds and Disqualifications

• Registration fees are non-refundable except if the Hunt is cancelled before it begins.

• Participants disqualified for violating these Terms forfeit any claim to prizes and registration fees.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.

• Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South Australian courts.

10. Acceptance

• By registering and participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
